Sean R. Cronin, Esq.
Principal Attorney & President
Attorney Sean Cronin practices in labor law, labor and employment disputes, discrimination, and consumer protection issues. Attorney Cronin has been fighting for individuals his entire career and started his firm in 2022 to continue advocating for people first.
Sean started his legal career in 2014 working in a boutique consumer protection firm before continuing the fight in house at a large public sector labor union from 2016 until 2021. In private practice Attorney Cronin has successfully gone up against the Nation’s largest banks in foreclosure defense cases and debt defense cases across all levels of trial courts in Massachusetts and the U.S. District of Massachusetts.
While working as an in-house union attorney, he represented thousands of employees at not only the bargaining table but through grievances and hearings. He’s litigated cases and has experience before arbitrators, the Department of Labor Relations, the Public Employees Labor Relations Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
His role is not only that of a zealous advocate but as a former union president himself he understands the landscape and pressures both union and non-union employees face and offers practical advice and dispute resolution. Always putting people first, he understands that each client is unique and prides himself in honest and open dialogue.
Sean lives in East Boston with his wife, daughter, and their dog Tessie. He enjoys family time, traveling, and time outdoors skiing during the winter months as often as he can.
